SATURDAY LATE BRUNCH OMELETTE

Lazy Saturdays are not for the weakhearted, but your LDN girl her faithful companion are worriors to the bottom of their hearts. We woke up late and wanted a fast brunch before we go for a walk. So we thought for a while and decided to make omlettes. We give you our tested word it is the most amazing thing we have ever eaten!

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon oil
50g yellow cheese/mild cheddar thinly sliced
150g. flat sausage, diced
50g Bulgarian white cow cheese
a half  cucumber
//pesto//

PREPARATION:

In a bowl you mix the eggs, flour, oil and milk. You stir it very well. Then you add the yellow cheese and the flat sausage. You stir again. Meanwhile preheat a frying pan with a drop of oil. You pour the mixture into the pan and you cook it the way you cook a pancakes but don't through it in the air! Use a spatula to turn it around. It should be ready in around 10-12 minutes. You serve it in a dish and garnish it with the white cheese, the cucumber and if you feel adventurous like us - red pesto!

Always yours

xoxo
