HOMEMADE CHINESE

GUILTY as charged! I love food and most of all I love Chinese, because it is always a looot. If Darth Vader had Chinese on the dark side I would have joined him ages ago, but no Chinese, no LDNgirl on your side! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA! So back to reality... I decided to experiment a little and here is the result. I apologize for the bad quality of the photos but it is too hard to take photos and contain your drooling... Sorry I had to share!
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups rice
800g diced chicken
800g pineapple
2 red paprika
50ml soy sauce
1 1/2 watter
1 tablespoon black pepper
salt
4 tablespoons honey
150ml white wine
PREPARATION:
Cut the chicken into dices and fry in in heated oil until it gets brown. Add the chopped paprika and fry until slightly tender. Add pineapple from a can, together with the liquid from the can. The fruit is chopped into pieces the size of chicken nuggets . Pour wine and soy sauce. And the liquid honey. Put all remaining products without rice. Dish simmer with the lid on the full readiness of the meat from time to time stirring . Serve on a bed of cooked rice.

I hope you try it out at home!

Always yours,
The Cookbook Fairy
